“ Visited Linwood Chinese Express for lunch today and ordered Pepper Beef. I'd hoped to order schezwan beef but they don't make that here. I ordered pepper beef instead. The total came to 13.26, for the entree, fried rice, and 1 crab rangoon. The place is drive-thru only and cash only; I waited approximately 10 min in the drive-thru from order to pick-up. Service was super friendly and the portion was huge-- as a light eater, I can easily get 3 meals out of this. Someone who eats more could get 2 meals. Compared with other local Chinese spots in Kansas City, I'd say you can expect a pretty decent experience here. ”

There is a large dining area, but I've never seen anyone other than myself use it. You do need to remember to take cash. They don't accept cards.
